Requirements

• 1+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with proven success against targets
• Experience in event sponsorship, partnerships, or media sales (preferred)
• A genuine passion for Web3, with curiosity about AI and fintech
• A proactive “hunter” mentality and strong relationship-building skills
• Fluent English (Spanish + extra languages is a bonus)
• Drive and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting
