The Team Manager serves as the primary relationship owner and operational lead for the company’s roster of contracted athletes, artists, and influencers, reporting to the Sr. Director of Sports & Entertainment. This role is responsible for managing talent partnerships that drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and strategic growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7 years of experience in talent management, sports marketing, entertainment marketing, influencer marketing, or partnership management
- Demonstrated experience managing contracts, deliverables, and high-profile client relationships
- Experience coordinating live events, appearances, or brand activations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
