HR Manager- Talent Aquisition Head

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. The HR Manager- Talent Acquisition Head will oversee the complete recruitment process, develop job postings, and execute initial screening calls to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

Requirements

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and follow-ups after joining.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and establish candidate profiles.
• Develop job postings for various job portals and social media channels.
• Actively seek candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networking.
• Execute initial screening calls to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and alignment with the role.
• Organize interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep precise recruitment trackers and candidate databases up to date.
• Ensure effective offer management and maintain engagement during the pre-joining phase.
• Focus on minimizing the time-to-hire and enhancing the quality of hires.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline for current and anticipated openings.
• Support employer branding efforts as well as campus and agency coordination when necessary.
