Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, including internships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
- Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
- Strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, and talent engagement
- Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution
