The Front Desk Receptionist provides administrative and clerical support to a specific program/department, responsible for the overall operations of scheduling, screening, and tracking of client services.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in data entry, scheduling, or other administrative work required.
- Knowledge of proper phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to maintain accurate records with attention to detail, even under pressure of system changes or deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic health records (EPIC and SmartCare experience preferred).
- Commitment to HIPAA and ability to abide by standards of professional ethics and maintain confidentiality.
- Current CPR and first aid certificate or willingness to be trained is required within the first 90 days of employment.
- Adherence to infection control procedures.
