Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
• Experience with job architecture, grading systems and compensation benchmarking
• Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills are considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a consultative mindset
