As a Territory Manager, you’ll own your territory from prospecting to post-delivery follow-up, delivering outstanding service while consistently exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, prospecting and growing new and existing accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and managing the full sales cycle.
Requirements
- High school diploma (required)
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related support/administrative role
- Knowledge of the sports fields & grounds industry strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools a plus
- Spanish-speaking ability a plus
