Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Relief Youth Worker who demonstrates our values of compassion, accountability, responsiveness, and empowerment to our clients, families, and each other. The Relief Youth Worker provides in-person programming at two locations, creating a safe, engaging environment for youth ages 13-18.
Requirements
- Graduate of Child and Youth Worker, Social Service Worker, or Recreation and Leisure diploma or a diploma/degree from a related discipline
- Minimum one-year experience working with youth 13-18
- Experience and sensitivity in working with a multicultural community
- Good communication skills
- Ability to speak Arabic, Somali is an asset
