Job Description
Wesley is seeking a Youth Worker to support young people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. The Youth Worker will work with a multi-stage housing program to provide an individualized and strengths-based approach to help youth achieve independent living.
Requirements
- Minimum of C.Y.W. or S.S.W. diploma
- At least 1 years’ experience working with street involved/homeless youth
- Experience working in a residential setting is an asset
- Commitment to flexible work schedule which includes overnight and weekend hours
- Non-violent crisis intervention, First aid/CPR training, ASIST certification
