HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will support team members, enable growth, and provide high touch employee service. They will be a trusted advisor to departmental leaders, partnering to build and strengthen high-performing teams. The role carries out responsibilities in benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or human resources discipline
• Minimum 3 years Human Resources (HR) experience or equivalent in education
• Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Team player actively contributing to positive team spirit
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Works to the highest level of professional standards
• Self-Organization, time management and prioritization
