Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled First Responder Clinician to join our dynamic outpatient team at Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. In this role, you’ll work within our FRST Program, a specialty track offering trauma-informed care for first responders dealing with occupational stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
Requirements
- Licensure required: LICSW or LMHC
- At least 1 year of experience working with or providing clinical care to first responders and/or military/veteran populations
- At least 1 year of experience treating individuals with trauma-related concerns
- Strong knowledge of first responder culture and the mental health challenges unique to these professions
