Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team on a full-time basis at Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing psychiatric stabilization for children populations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, but not required
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with behavioral or developmental disorders
- Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
