Requirements
- Partner with Human Resources management and hiring managers to thoroughly understand Westcliff’s hiring goals and create an effective recruitment plan
- Create and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with Westcliff's business objectives and culture in order to meet aggressive hiring goals
- Manage efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operations which support Westcliff's rapid hiring growth
- Manage the requisition approval process and allocate open requisitions appropriately to external agencies as needed
- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
- Handle special HR projects as time permits
