Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 352-unit luxurious villa-style apartment community in North Columbus. As a Leasing Consultant, you will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service, or sales experience.
- Leasing experience on an apartment community is preferred.
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
