Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at our luxury apartment community in West Miami. The successful candidate will make important connections with potential residents, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing experience on an apartment community.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook or other similar programs.
- Yardi/CRM a plus!
- Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month and overtime based on property needs.
