Leasing Consultant

We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant on our leasing team at our 2,139-unit apartment community in Hurst. As a Leasing Consultant, you will make connections with potential residents, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
