Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at our 254-unit apartment community in Mesquite, TX. As a Leasing Consultant, you will make first connections with potential residents, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases. You will enjoy building relationships and have a friendly and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.
