Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant at our 116-unit apartment community in Waco. As Leasing Consultant, you will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Valid Texas Driver's License.
