Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our leasing team at our apartment communities in North Dallas. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Good leasing and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work Saturdays.
