Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant on our leasing team at our 338-unit mid-rise in Miami. As a Leasing Consultant, you will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases. Requirements
- At least 1 year of conventional leasing experience on an apartment community
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Good leasing and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
