Requirements
- Work with teams producing content and ensure goals are established and best practices are followed
- Monitor content across the site and brainstorm ideas to optimize pages, experiences and flows toward key metrics
- Understand the customer journey and categorize page purposes based on that journey
- Collaborate with SEO, Website, and Paid teams to help match audience targeting with correct calls to action and journey progression
- Monitor page analytics and work with analytics team to understand users and their behaviors
- Optimize current pages as well as approving future pages and their purposes
