Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician Specialist, you will work in a multimillion-dollar apartment community, maintaining and preserving the environment for residents. You will be responsible for daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, pride in work product, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Current or previous maintenance experience
- Valid California Driver's License and car insurance
- Good driving record
- Microsoft Outlook skills
- Ability to travel to multiple sites within a defined region
