Requirements
- Current licensure as a social worker by the State of Ohio Counselor and Social Work Board, or as a Registered Nurse with the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Two years of experience in home care, geriatrics, home health care, medical social work, or other substitute as approved by the Ohio Department of Aging
- Knowledge of major chronic illnesses, disease processes, normal aging, and basic knowledge of medical terminology
