Learning Designer and Facilitator

Learning Designer and Facilitator who can facilitate global leadership development training, design content, and perform administrative duties for entry-level employees to C-Suite executives. Must have experience in Talent and Learning, adult learning theories, instructional design models, and learning technologies. Strong organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Talent and Learning
• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
• Deep understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (especially ADDIE), and learning technologies
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency with HR systems and LMS, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
