The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, coaching, and training staff, as well as monitoring collection calls for accuracy and compliance. The role requires extensive knowledge of the collection industry and FDCPA regulations.
Requirements
- Supervise, coach, and train staff
- Monitor collection calls for accuracy and compliance
- Apply and enforce company and department policies
- Successfully train subordinates
- Handle escalated customer/subordinate complaints
- Monitor and service 90 day/FPD buckets
- Directly assist dept manager in defusing any complaint or customer/debtor concerns
