Sales Operations Supervisor

Westlake Financial is hiring a Sales Operations Supervisor to lead a team focused on sales performance, lead conversion, and customer retention in the automotive finance space.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales leadership, or customer retention management
• Strong understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Results-driven mindset with a passion for data, metrics, and process optimization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
