Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Titles Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations for our Titles call centers and administrative teams. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of title-related tasks while maintaining high performance standards across all assigned teams.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience overseeing at least 10 employees
- Beginner to intermediate Excel skills (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, VLOOKUP preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word; familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio is a plus
- Strong analytical and independent decision-making skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Prior experience with vehicle titles (DMV, dealership, auction, or auto finance) preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Ability to identify process improvements and propose creative, effective solutions
