Job Description
Provides assistance to the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Health Center, and assists with supervision, medication administration, and resident care.
Requirements
- Assistance in planning, organizing, and directing the day-to-day operations of the Health Center
- Supervision of unit managers, supervisors, and ECS Coordinator
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality resident care
- Review and update policies to meet current objectives and standards
- Ensure medication administration according to nursing standards and company policies
- Monitor associate relations practices and promote positive relationships with residents and visitors
