Maintenance Tech II

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance, conduct routine inspections, and respond to after-hours or emergency maintenance calls. Track repair and maintenance records and perform carpentry and building repairs.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in facilities maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to work independently on routine maintenance tasks
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiar with computers and able to use CMMs/work order system to document repair actions
• Ability to endure physical work, which may include heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required objects over 50 pounds
