Job Description
As an Assistant Manager at Windsor, you will support the team in driving the company's mission statement and achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists and provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication in both group and one-on-one settings
- Welcoming feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement
