Job Description
As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will drive sales, find and retain great talent, and lead a team of fashion loving Stylists. You will be responsible for achieving store productivity and executing daily operations to create an Oasis experience for customers.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
- Ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
