Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will support the team in driving the mission statement in your store, coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving Stylists, and provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to every customer. You will be responsible for achieving store productivity, finding and retaining great talent, and executing daily operations.

Requirements

• 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
• Ability to welcome feedback and continuously improve
