Job Description
As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you are a key member of our store leadership team, supporting the team in driving our mission statement and responsible for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses. You coach and motivate a high performing team of fashion loving Stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication skills in both group setting and one on one
