The Windsor Assistant Manager is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses, and coaching and motivating a team of fashion-loving Stylists.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
- Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
- Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
- Willingness to welcome feedback and continuously improve
