Assistant Manager

As a Windsor Assistant Manager, you will support the store leadership team in driving the mission statement and achieve store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will coach and motivate a high-performing team of fashion-loving stylists while treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail management experience
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
• Quick thinking and ability to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates
• Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
