Job Description
Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center is hiring Registered Nurse or Supervisor to work one weekend month or Monday-Friday as an RN Supervisor with on-call rotation. The role involves daily management of assigned patients, providing direct clinical care, staff supervision, and ensuring patient safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Current RN Certification in the State of Connecticut required
- At least 1 year experience in Skilled Nursing facility or Hospital Setting preferred
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of electronic medical record
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible
- CPR certification required
- Current wound and skin care/fasciation experience required
