We are looking for a Customer Success Manager, AI to join our sales team. The role involves handling end-to-end pipeline management, creating relationships with customers, and conducting sales demos. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of sales-related experience, a hunter mentality, and a deep willingness to learn about AI and generative technologies.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales-related experience at a SaaS company
- A hunter mentality
- Competitive by nature and a desire to win
- Natural curiosity to understand the customers and their business
- Deep willingness to learn, and interest in AI and generative technologies
- Tech savvy, creative, knowledgeable of B2B software, automations, etc.
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn about complex automation software, prompt engineering, APIs
- A “do not take no for an answer” mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- An efficient and clear communicator
- An eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of the Sales Development Team
- The ability to work independently but know what it takes to meet or exceed your goals

- You are organized, thorough, and complete tasks appropriately in a timely manner
- The willingness to grow with the company, potentially into a senior or leadership role as time progresses
