Job Description
We are seeking an elite Growth Marketing Lead to join our team at M32 AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading organic expansion through SEO and CRO expertise, and will have the opportunity to build a marketing function from scratch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years hands-on in SEO and CRO within competitive B2B environments
- Proficiency in core tools: GA4/PostHog (analytics), Ahrefs/SEMrush/GSC (SEO), Framer (design), campaign managers/automation platforms
