Job description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the 2nd shift maintenance team in implementing Winland Foods' maintenance and reliability strategy. This position will be responsible for setting work priorities, ensuring full utilization of maintenance information systems, and controlling parts inventory storerooms.
The Maintenance Supervisor will supervise and develop the 2nd & 3rd shift Maintenance Team, execute maintenance activities, and ensure safety requirements are clearly defined. They will also direct and maintain planned and predictive maintenance procedures, analyze historical data, and improve workflow within the CMMS system.
This position requires a hands-on working Supervisor with experience in supervising day-to-day preventive and predictive maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to read and interpret documents, and ability to solve practical problems.
