Wipro Limited is seeking a Scrum Master L1 to facilitate a Scrum team and ensure the Scrum process is used as intended. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing impediments, protecting the development team, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience
• Mandatory skills: Agile-Scrum
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure correct adoption
• Ability to analyze key Scrum metrics and take corrective actions
• Ability to create competency improvement and cross-skilling plan for the team
