Job Description
The Technical Lead L1 role involves supporting process delivery, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists team. The role requires overseeing and supporting process, reviewing performance dashboard, and providing technical support and process guidance to the team. The Technical Lead L1 will also be responsible for resolving client queries, developing understanding of process/product for the team members, and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Hadoop
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
