The Wisconsin Humane Society is hiring a part-time or full-time Client Services Representative/Shift Lead to provide day-to-day support and guidance to the Client Services team. The role will partner with the Client Services and Animal Care department managers to ensure the building is accessible and secured, and provide feedback to staff, clients, and volunteers.
Requirements
- Monitor daily workflow while balancing community, animal, and staff needs.
- Assist in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining organizationally defined standards of animal care and client services.
- Monitor and adjust daily schedules as needed and communicate schedule changes to the team.
- Ensure the building is accessible and secured according to posted hours of operation.
- Partner with staff, clients, and volunteers to problem solve and triage challenging or emergent situations.
- Provide staff, clients, and volunteers with feedback and elevate additional follow-up to department managers.
- Support onboarding, training, and skill development for staff and volunteers.
- Assist Client Services and Animal Care managers with staff training and meetings.
- Complete all Client Services Representative job accountabilities in addition to responsibilities listed above.
