Job Description
The Wisconsin Humane Society is hiring a Veterinary Assistant Intern for a summer internship at our Green Bay Campus. This is an unpaid, seasonal internship scheduled up to 30 hours per week. The intern will assist our veterinary staff with a variety of duties and gain valuable experience.
Requirements
- Prepare and/or administer animal treatments
- Assist with surgery preparation and surgical recovery
- Clean veterinary clinic and exam rooms
- Assist with foster animal exams and rechecks
