Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and managing partnerships with at least one CSP (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), preferably within Japan
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS GTM, alliances, or channel roles
- Fluent Japanese (business-level) and professional English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of marketplace constructs (CPPO, DSOR, DCPO, Private Offers, reseller models, etc.)
- Proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Strong executive presence and ability to build trust across cultures
- Team-first mindset — viewed as a trusted advisor by Field Sales teams
