Business Solutions Manager

The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing programs that increase business optimization and organizational capability across Fleet, logistics, and collections departments.

Requirements

• Oversee the development of programs that support strategic objectives
• Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate and integrate multiple enterprise solutions projects
• Develop an understanding of day-to-day operations and provide daily support to managers
• Contribute strategic vision and integrate a broad range of ideas regarding logistics and business solutions development
• Plan projects, allocate and direct staff and other resources
• Work with internal and external customers, suppliers, and other partners to resolve problems and implement solutions
• Identify and ensure continuous development, improvement, and implementation of WM key business processes
