The Business Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing programs that increase business optimization and organizational capability across Fleet, logistics and collections departments.
Requirements
- Oversee the development of programs that support strategic objectives
- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate and integrate multiple enterprise solutions projects
- Develop an understanding of the day-to-day operations of logistics or collections department and provide daily support
- Work with senior management, various board and steering committees, functional leaders and individual team leaders
- Responsible for deliverables, cost, schedule and quality of one or more enterprise solutions projects
- Plans projects, allocates and directs staff and other resources to accomplish project tasks
- Works with internal and external customers, suppliers and other partners to resolve problems and respond to suggestions for improvement
- Drives the project(s) and the organization toward achieving business results
- Identifies and ensures continuous development, improvement and implementation of WM key business processes
