HR Advisor

As a member of the WM People organization, the HR Advisor provides foundational, tactical, and responsive Human Resources support by managing transactional HR work, HR systems processes, documentation, and lower-risk employee relations matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study
• High School Diploma or GED and four years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of related work experience (in addition to education requirement)
• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
