This is a Team Lead level position that requires managing a direct and indirect team of 25-50 professionals. The role involves managing a team of BPO Supervisors & processors, timely reporting of data, working with global stakeholders, and mentoring the team to ensure excellence in performance and motivation levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- 6 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance
- 2 years of experience in managing a team
