Job Description
The Onboarding Optimization Manager is responsible for Centralized Hiring, Onboarding, Retention, and workforce planning for operational success within WM, a Fortune 250 company providing comprehensive waste and environmental services in North America. The role will support the Great Lakes Area (MI, OH, IN) and involve travel up to 60%. Key duties include coaching OOMs, enhancing retention, reducing time-to-hire, and improving safety outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of operations management experience and 3 years of experience interviewing and hiring CDL Drivers and other frontline positions.
