Job Description
WNS Global Services Inc. is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Agent to handle inbound calls from customers and agents to resolve queries on their accounts. The role requires excellent customer service skills and strong communication abilities. Responsibilities include reviewing and resolving policy cancellations, reinstatements, and service-related complaints. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in the financial sector and prior customer service and/or call center experience is a plus.
Requirements
- Graduate in the finacial sector
- Prior customer service and/or call center experience a plus
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a contact centre environment, preferable within Finance / Insurance / Utilities / Hospitality and Complaints handling
- International contact centre experience
- Credit & Criminal Clear
